SCAI Finance has developed an AI capable of extracting new payments from Company PASS using an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tool.

This system also checks the master data of new payments to determine whether the contract type is compatible with the option of sending customers a digital receipt.

Collecting data and sending receipts

Following verification, artificial intelligence prepares a digital receipt and sends it to the customer as an email attachment. It then generates a customised report for the agency and agents to notify them of the receipts sent and any missing data.
