Gruppo SCAI has created a digital platform for the process management of procurement, control and approval of payments made by Campania Region for services provided by accredited operators under the Youth Guarantee programme.
This initiative is part of the public administration’s digital transformation process, which aims to reduce costs and make services more efficient by using digital tools and technologies that make workflows more dynamic.
The PROCS platform-based solution orchestrates the payment management process for activities delivered by Employment Agencies and Promoters that are part of public investment programmes. It aims to facilitate collaboration among the parties involved: accredited private operators (users authorised to register payment requests or processes); accredited officials, authorised to assign requests sent to accredited operators to acquire the data necessary for payment requests.
The system provides end-to-end process management and interacts with external systems, cliclavorocampania for Youth Guarantee scheme management, and S.U.R.F., an electronic data exchange system among the Authorities in charge of the programs, the Intermediate Bodies and the Beneficiaries of the Regionally owned programs.
PROCS, with its multi-experience and process-based features, aids proactive collaboration among all those involved. Payment digitisation is also encouraged with push notifications and e-mails, as well as through the combined use of the mobile app and website.
A financial control of investments dashboard gives real-time highlights of disbursed funds and shows the residual amount available for each financed programme.
In this context, digitising also means guaranteeing effective progress monitoring of single payment procedures, using a technological solution developed specifically for the public administration.
