The SCAI Finance 2024 Kick Off Meeting , the annual event that brings together the company’s colleagues to share strategies, projects, achieved and future goals, was held at the Fontanafredda Estate.
This year’s event was enhanced by a Working Team entitled Leadership Visual Board led by coaches Mariantonia Desiderio and Marlene Kalas. Each working table discussed the characteristics of leadership in SCAI Finance and, through a creative activity, visually represented the key concepts that emerged during the discussions.
All the work was then summarised, and used to outline the characteristics of a leader who, with a clear mind, must know how to offer the right amounts of vision, active listening and involvement to guide his team towards ambitious goals, in an environment that develops talents and skills.
The day ended with speeches by the HR Team and the General Manager, who presented an overview of the achievements in 2023 and the goals for the year 2024.
