On 27 June 2024, the DELL Tech Experience event was held at the Starhotels Ritz in Milan. Anticipating Trends, organised by Gruppo SCAI, DELL Gold Partner.
The event was attended by industry experts and specialists who shared with the audience an overview of the latest IT trends, particularly focusing on innovative solutions to ensure business continuity.
In the first part of the morning, the agenda was packed with speeches that delved into the tools to ensure data protection and IT security, advanced Managed Detection and Response solutions, effective in preventing and mitigating cyber threats, and the latest innovations in virtualisation, with a particular focus on the solutions offered by Proxmox.
The second part of the meeting explored the potential of Artificial Intelligence. From the increasing use of conversational chatbots to improve customer interaction and operational efficiency to the use of generative AI in marketing and training. The areas of AI use are numerous, and its effectiveness is well established.
The event concluded with an interactive experiment, thanks to which participants had the opportunity to interact with artificial intelligence solutions in real time, generating a debate full of reflection and curiosity.
